Geschichte<\/h1>\n

Im Jahr 2023 feiert Daplast sein 50-j\u00e4hriges Jubil\u00e4um. Die spannende und brillante Geschichte des Unternehmens ist untrennbar mit der Eigent\u00fcmerfamilie aus C\u00f3rdoba verkn\u00fcpft. Der Gr\u00fcnder, Rafael P\u00e9rez Esparza, startete die Aktivit\u00e4t in den 70er Jahren. Heute liegt die Leitung des Unternehmens in den H\u00e4nden der zweiten Generation, die in den letzten 30 Jahren der Geschichte von Daplast seine Internationalisierung vorangetrieben und seine f\u00fchrende Marktposition verteidigt hat.<\/p>\n

Daplast cumple 50 a\u00f1os como fabricante en 2023. Una trayectoria intensa y brillante muy ligada a la familia cordobesa que gestiona la empresa. Su fundador D. Rafael P\u00e9rez Esparza inici\u00f3 su actividad en los a\u00f1os 70. En la actualidad, la segunda generaci\u00f3n dirige la empresa, equipo responsable de los \u00faltimos 30 a\u00f1os de historia de Daplast, de su internacionalizaci\u00f3n, y de los actuales retos para seguir siendo l\u00edderes en el mercado.

Die Anf\u00e4nge<\/h2>\n

Daplast wurde 1973 von Rafael P\u00e9rez Esparza unter dem Namen \u201eDistribuidora Andaluza de Pl\u00e1sticos\u201c (dt. Andalusische Vertriebsgesellschaft f\u00fcr Kunststoff) gegr\u00fcndet. Aus der Abk\u00fcrzung dieses Namens entstand unsere heutige Marke.<\/p>\n

Zun\u00e4chst konzentrierte sich unsere Aktivit\u00e4t auf die Gestaltung und Herstellung von Kunststoffkisten f\u00fcr die Obst- und Gem\u00fcseindustrie, deren Nachfrage stieg, da die zuvor verwendeten Holzkisten nach und nach ersetzt wurden.<\/p>\n

Die gr\u00f6\u00dften Obst- und Gem\u00fcsegenossenschaften Andalusiens z\u00e4hlen daher seit mehreren Jahrzehnten zu unseren Kunden.<\/p>\n

Die ersten Stadionsitze<\/h2>\n

Im Jahr 1978 erkannte Rafael P\u00e9rez Esparza die wachsende Nachfrage nach sicheren und komfortablen Sitzen f\u00fcr Stadien und Sporteinrichtungen. F\u00fcr das Unternehmen war dies ein bis dahin unbekannter, aber attraktiver Sektor, da er die Diversifizierung mit neuen Produkten auf anderen M\u00e4rkten erm\u00f6glichte. Im selben Jahr wurde das heutige Grundst\u00fcck von Daplast gekauft und es begann die Entwicklung von Designs und Formen f\u00fcr Stadionsitze.<\/p>\n

Dank der Investition in eine Metallwerkstatt und der Einstellung von Ingenieuren f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Metallstrukturen konnten die ersten Trib\u00fcnen von Daplast in Spanien installiert werden. Die Innovationen in beiden Produktlinien fanden gro\u00dfen Anklang auf dem Markt.<\/p>\n

Installationen in bedeutenden Stadien und Sportst\u00e4tten<\/h2>\n

Im Jahr 1986 installierten wir mehr als 50.000 Trib\u00fcnenpl\u00e4tze an der Rennstrecke von Jerez, die in den 80er Jahren durch die Austragung von Formel-1-Rennen international bekannt wurde.<\/p>\n

Dieses Projekt verhalf uns zu gro\u00dfer Bekanntheit in Spanien. Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den Sportst\u00e4tten, in denen wir bereits in den fr\u00fchen 80er Jahren Sitze installiert hatten, wurden die meisten spanischen Fu\u00dfballstadien der ersten und zweiten Liga von Steh- auf Sitzpl\u00e4tze umger\u00fcstet.<\/p>\n

Zu diesem Zweck entwickelten wir eine breite Palette von Sitzmodelle, von Sitzen mit und ohne R\u00fcckenlehne bis hin zu Klappsitzen. In den 80er und 90er Jahren sammelten wir umfangreiche Erfahrungen mit der Installation von Sitzen und Trib\u00fcnen in einer Vielzahl von Stadien und Sportst\u00e4tten in ganz Spanien.<\/p>\n

Internationale Ausrichtung<\/h2>\n

Das Jahrzehnt von 2000 bis 2010 war f\u00fcr uns sehr wichtig. Real Madrid, der FC Barcelona und danach auch der Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (die Rennstrecke von Katalonien) w\u00e4hlten Daplast f\u00fcr die Ausstattung ihrer Stadien bzw. Trib\u00fcnen.<\/p>\n

Wir bauten unsere Erfahrung mit Gro\u00dfprojekten weiter aus und waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt in Spanien bereits f\u00fchrend im Bereich Bestuhlung und Trib\u00fcnen f\u00fcr Sportanlagen.<\/p>\n

Origines<\/h2>

Daplast a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1973 par Rafael P\u00e9rez Esparza sous le nom de Distribuidora Andaluza de Pl\u00e1sticos, nom qui a donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 notre marque.<\/p>

Notre activit\u00e9 \u00e9tait alors ax\u00e9e sur la conception et la fabrication de caisses agricoles pour fruits et l\u00e9gumes, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la demande croissante r\u00e9sultant du remplacement des cagettes bois par des caisses en plastique.<\/p>

Nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 concevoir des si\u00e8ges<\/h2>

En 1978, Rafael P\u00e9rez Esparza a d\u00e9tect\u00e9 la demande croissante de si\u00e8ges pour les stades et les installations sportives, comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de confort. Il s\u2019agissait d\u2019un secteur inconnu pour l\u2019entreprise, mais int\u00e9ressant pour la diversification des march\u00e9s et des produits. Cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0, les locaux actuels de Daplast ont \u00e9t\u00e9 achet\u00e9s et de nouveaux mod\u00e8les de si\u00e8ges et de moules ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s avoir investi dans un atelier de m\u00e9tallurgie et embauch\u00e9 du personnel technique pour la conception de tribunes m\u00e9talliques, nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 installer les premiers gradins Daplast en Espagne. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019innovation de ces deux lignes, nous avons re\u00e7u un excellent accueil sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>

Nous \u00e9quipons les principales enceintes sportives<\/h2>

En 1986, nous avons install\u00e9 plus de 50 000 si\u00e8ges dans les tribunes du circuit de vitesse de Jerez, internationalement connu pour avoir accueilli des courses de F1 dans les ann\u00e9es 1980.<\/p>

Ce projet nous a permis de nous faire conna\u00eetre en Espagne. Outre les enceintes sportives que nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9quip\u00e9es au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1980, nous avons install\u00e9 des si\u00e8ges dans la plupart des stades de football de premi\u00e8re et de deuxi\u00e8me division espagnole.<\/p>

Nous avons con\u00e7u davantage de mod\u00e8les de si\u00e8ges afin de nous constituer un vaste catalogue, allant des si\u00e8ges avec et sans dossier, aux si\u00e8ges rabattables. Dans les ann\u00e9es 80 et 90, nous avons acquis une grande exp\u00e9rience dans l\u2019\u00e9quipement en si\u00e8ges et en tribunes d\u2019une longue liste de sites sportifs dans toute l\u2019Espagne.<\/p>

Projection internationale<\/h2>

Les ann\u00e9es 2000-2010 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cruciales pour nous. Le Real Madrid CF et le FC Barcelona nous ont \u00e9galement choisis pour \u00e9quiper leurs stades, suivis par le Circuit de Catalunya.<\/p>

Nous continuons \u00e0 forger notre exp\u00e9rience dans les grands projets et nous sommes d\u00e9j\u00e0 leaders en Espagne dans le domaine des si\u00e8ges et des tribunes pour les installations sportives.<\/p>

Sur le plan international, nous avons \u00e9quip\u00e9 en 2002 les sites sportifs des Jeux d\u2019Am\u00e9rique centrale et plusieurs stades des \u00c9mirats arabes unis.<\/p>

Au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, nous avons renforc\u00e9 notre pr\u00e9sence sur le plan national et international. Nous sommes fiers d\u2019avoir install\u00e9 nos si\u00e8ges dans des stades et des ar\u00e8nes de plus de 120 pays.<\/p>

Entre autres, le stade olympique d\u2019Amsterdam, le stade du 5 juillet en Alg\u00e9rie, le Parc des Princes \u00e0 Paris et le Comet Arena, \u00e9galement en France. En Espagne, les clubs du Celta Vigo, Mallorca, Villarreal et Osasuna nous ont, notamment, fait confiance.<\/p>
